Keep your own brand, your own prices and your own staff — and take home-service bookings from us in your area. No franchise fee, no exclusivity, no brand change.
You keep your own name, your own pricing and your own staff, and we route home-service bookings to you in your area. No brand change, no fee for a territory, no exclusivity either way. Best suited to an established spa, salon or clinic with spare capacity on weekday afternoons.
1
Tell us what you run, where, and roughly how many rooms and staff. Two minutes, and a phone number is the only contact detail we need.
2
A call and, for most cities, a visit. We check the premises, the staff's training and the hygiene standards, because a booking we route to you carries our name as well as yours.
3
Your services and prices are listed for your city. You set your own availability, and you can pause it whenever you are full.

If you are a therapist or beautician looking for work rather than a business to run, the franchise is the wrong door — apply to join our team instead. It costs nothing, we train and certify you free, and you choose your own shifts.
Apply as a therapist insteadFields marked * are required. We call back within one working day — a partner enquiry goes to the top of the queue.
No. Roughly half of the enquiries we get are from people who already run a spa, salon or clinic, and the other half are first-time operators. What matters more is whether you have premises or can get them, capital for the setup, and the time to run it yourself rather than at arm's length.
A franchise means you trade as RelaxMe in an exclusive territory, using our brand, booking system, training and standards, and it involves a fee and an agreement. A listing means you keep your own name and pricing and we simply route bookings to you when you have capacity — no fee, no exclusivity. If you are unsure which you want, say so on the enquiry and we will talk it through.
It depends on the tier of the city and whether you already have premises — a district town territory and a metro zone need different amounts of equipment, staff and working capital. Send an enquiry naming your city and we will come back with the figures for it rather than a range that turns out not to apply to you.
Customer, address, service, time and a booking ID. You confirm, you deliver, you get paid on the agreed schedule.
Franchise partners do. The territory is defined at signing as a named city or a set of zones within one, and it is written into the agreement. Listing partners do not get exclusivity, which is the trade-off for there being no fee — several listed businesses can serve the same city.
Territories are open across every state and union territory except where we already run our own therapists — Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Kalka, where only the listing side is available. If your city does not have a page here yet, it is almost certainly still open; send an enquiry and name it.
We provide the training and certification; you recruit locally and we train who you hire. That is deliberate — therapists who live in the territory they work in travel less, cancel less and stay longer than any team we could send in from elsewhere.
The two things that set the pace are premises and trained staff. A partner who already has both — an existing spa adding home service — can be live within weeks. A first-time operator recruiting and training from scratch should plan for longer, and we will give you a realistic date on the call rather than an optimistic one.
No, and the therapist route is better for you anyway: joining our team costs nothing, the training and certification are free, you choose your own shifts, and there is no capital at risk. Apply through the careers page instead.
