Peer Muchalla sits in Municipal Council Zirakpur in Mohali district, and it directly adjoins Panchkula's Sector 20 — which is why residents there give their address either way and why the property listings for the same tower do too. Neither, strictly: both are Chandigarh, and Manimajra sits right on the boundary where the two cities meet across the Ghaggar.
