By accessing RelaxMe Massage & Wellnessand booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

We provide professional at-home massage therapy through certified male and female therapists across the Chandigarh Tri-City region. Bookings can be made for any day between 7:00 AM and 11:00 PM.

• Prices shown at the time of booking are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Bookings made for Saturday or Sunday automatically receive a 5% discount.
• The final amount is calculated on our servers from the listed service price and is not affected by any client-side changes.
• A booking is confirmed only after our team contacts you to verify it.

If you select “At Nearest Hotel”, we arrange a suitable nearby hotel and share its location with you once your booking is confirmed.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible so we can free up the slot for other clients. Repeated no-shows may affect future bookings.

• Provide accurate contact and address details.
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies or injuries before the session.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for our therapists.

Our therapists provide strictly professional, therapeutic massage services. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and may be reported to the authorities.

Our services are intended for relaxation and general wellness and are not a substitute for medical treatment. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
