It depends on the tier of the city and whether you already have premises — a district town territory and a metro zone need different amounts of equipment, staff and working capital. The two things that set the pace are premises and trained staff. A partner who already has both — an existing spa adding home service — can be live within weeks. A first-time operator recruiting and training from scratch should plan for longer, and we will give you a realistic date on the call rather than an optimistic one.
