Bihar is one of the least saturated organised-wellness markets in the country relative to its population — Patna alone serves a metropolitan area of over two million with a fraction of the spa density of a comparable southern city. For a partner, that means the first mover advantage is real, and that customer education is part of the job in a way it is not in Bengaluru.

The Ganga splits the listed cities in two. Patna, Ara, Bihar Sharif, Gaya and Bhagalpur lie south of the river; Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga and Purnia are in north Bihar, reached across the bridges, and are better served by a base of their own than by a Patna team. Patna is the natural first territory, with Ara and Bihar Sharif within reach of it. Gaya works differently from the rest because of the Buddhist visitors who come to Bodh Gaya through the winter.

Territories are open across every state and union territory except where we already run our own therapists — Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kalka, where only the listing side is available. If your city does not have a page here yet, it is almost certainly still open; send an enquiry and name it.
A franchise means you trade as RelaxMe in an exclusive territory, using our brand, booking system, training and standards, and it involves a fee and an agreement. A listing means you keep your own name and pricing and we simply route bookings to you when you have capacity — no fee, no exclusivity. If you are unsure which you want, say so on the enquiry and we will talk it through.
Franchise partners do. The territory is defined at signing as a named city or a set of zones within one, and it is written into the agreement. Listing partners do not get exclusivity, which is the trade-off for there being no fee — several listed businesses can serve the same city.
