Punjab has high disposable income per household and an established salon-going habit, particularly around weddings — the season genuinely reshapes a beauty-service business here. The NRI belt through Jalandhar, Hoshiarpur and Nawanshahr adds a return-visitor market that books premium treatment in short, intense bursts. RelaxMe already runs its own therapists in Mohali and Zirakpur.

Ludhiana is the largest market and the natural first territory. The GT Road then runs through Jalandhar to Amritsar, with Hoshiarpur close to Jalandhar and Pathankot at the far end by the Himachal and Jammu borders — a chain a partner can grow along. Patiala and Bathinda lie in the Malwa south and are separate bases. Mohali and Zirakpur are not open for franchise because RelaxMe runs its own therapists there; spas and salons in them can join on the listing side.

The curriculum our own therapists are trained on, delivered to yours. Certification is what lets a territory claim certified therapists honestly, and it is the single biggest trust factor in this category.

Territories are open across every state and union territory except where we already run our own therapists — Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kalka, where only the listing side is available. If your city does not have a page here yet, it is almost certainly still open; send an enquiry and name it.
A franchise means you trade as RelaxMe in an exclusive territory, using our brand, booking system, training and standards, and it involves a fee and an agreement. A listing means you keep your own name and pricing and we simply route bookings to you when you have capacity — no fee, no exclusivity. If you are unsure which you want, say so on the enquiry and we will talk it through.
Franchise partners do. The territory is defined at signing as a named city or a set of zones within one, and it is written into the agreement. Listing partners do not get exclusivity, which is the trade-off for there being no fee — several listed businesses can serve the same city.
