Hyderabad concentrates almost the whole of Telangana's organised wellness demand, and concentrates it geographically too — the HITEC City, Gachibowli and Kondapur corridor holds the salaried, apartment-dwelling customers a home-service round depends on, which keeps travel time low and utilisation high. Warangal is the only other city in the state large enough to carry its own territory.

Hyderabad and Secunderabad are listed separately because the older cantonment side is a different round from the western IT corridor, and a partner in the metro should run them as distinct zones. Outside the capital, the district cities are self-contained: Karimnagar pairs with Ramagundam, where the power station and coal mines are; Warangal and Khammam lie to the east; Nizamabad to the north-west. Each is a small territory best opened only after the Hyderabad base is settled.

Territories are open across every state and union territory except where we already run our own therapists — Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kalka, where only the listing side is available. If your city does not have a page here yet, it is almost certainly still open; send an enquiry and name it.
A franchise means you trade as RelaxMe in an exclusive territory, using our brand, booking system, training and standards, and it involves a fee and an agreement. A listing means you keep your own name and pricing and we simply route bookings to you when you have capacity — no fee, no exclusivity. If you are unsure which you want, say so on the enquiry and we will talk it through.
Franchise partners do. The territory is defined at signing as a named city or a set of zones within one, and it is written into the agreement. Listing partners do not get exclusivity, which is the trade-off for there being no fee — several listed businesses can serve the same city.
