Haryana splits cleanly into two businesses. Gurugram and Faridabad are part of the Delhi NCR market, with corporate salaries, high-rise condominium density and the most competitive home-service pricing in the country. The rest of the state — Panipat, Karnal, Ambala, Hisar, Rohtak — is a set of prosperous district cities with very little organised competition. RelaxMe already runs its own therapists in Panchkula and Kalka.

Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonipat, Bahadurgarh and Rewari all lie in the NCR around Delhi and are best run as separate territories. The GT Road links Sonipat, Panipat, Karnal and Ambala in one line north, with Yamunanagar close to Ambala — a natural chain for a partner outside NCR. Rohtak and Hisar lie west and stand alone. Panchkula and Kalka are not open for franchise, because RelaxMe runs its own therapists there; spas and salons in those two can join on the listing side.

The curriculum our own therapists are trained on, delivered to yours. Certification is what lets a territory claim certified therapists honestly, and it is the single biggest trust factor in this category.

Territories are open across every state and union territory except where we already run our own therapists — Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kalka, where only the listing side is available. If your city does not have a page here yet, it is almost certainly still open; send an enquiry and name it.
A franchise means you trade as RelaxMe in an exclusive territory, using our brand, booking system, training and standards, and it involves a fee and an agreement. A listing means you keep your own name and pricing and we simply route bookings to you when you have capacity — no fee, no exclusivity. If you are unsure which you want, say so on the enquiry and we will talk it through.
Franchise partners do. The territory is defined at signing as a named city or a set of zones within one, and it is written into the agreement. Listing partners do not get exclusivity, which is the trade-off for there being no fee — several listed businesses can serve the same city.
