RelaxMe already runs its own certified therapists in Kalka, so the franchise territory here is not available — but the listing side of the programme is. If you own a spa, salon or massage centre in Kalka, list it with us and take the bookings we cannot cover ourselves.
The same platform relaxme.in runs on — bookings, therapist scheduling, payments, tracking and the customer's booking ID. You do not build or licence software.
The curriculum our own therapists are trained on, delivered to yours. Certification is what lets a territory claim certified therapists honestly, and it is the single biggest trust factor in this category.
A brand customers have already searched for, plus the city pages, structured data and local search work that puts a territory in front of someone typing “massage at home near me”.

A franchise means you trade as RelaxMe in an exclusive territory, using our brand, booking system, training and standards, and it involves a fee and an agreement. A listing means you keep your own name and pricing and we simply route bookings to you when you have capacity — no fee, no exclusivity. If you are unsure which you want, say so on the enquiry and we will talk it through.
No. Roughly half of the enquiries we get are from people who already run a spa, salon or clinic, and the other half are first-time operators. What matters more is whether you have premises or can get them, capital for the setup, and the time to run it yourself rather than at arm's length.
Territories are open across every state and union territory except where we already run our own therapists — Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and Kalka, where only the listing side is available. If your city does not have a page here yet, it is almost certainly still open; send an enquiry and name it.
We class this as a Tier 3 district town. Tier is what decides the size of the territory, the team it needs and therefore the investment — a metro zone and a district town are different businesses under the same brand.
Kalka is where the plains end and the hill route begins: the heritage Kalka–Shimla railway starts at its station and the highway climbs from here towards Solan and Shimla. Pinjore alongside adds the Mughal-era Yadavindra Gardens and the HMT machine-tools factory with its township. RelaxMe already sends its own therapists here, so the franchise is not open; what is open is listing an existing spa or salon for overflow home bookings.
For a listed spa, the value is filling quieter hours with bookings in a small, spread service area. Kalka’s old town is lanes on a slope, Pinjore spreads along the highway, and the villages between them need landmarks; summer and holiday traffic to Shimla clogs the highway through town.
A Kalka territory is normally worked together with Panchkula, Chandigarh, Pinjore — near enough that one team and one set of equipment covers all of it, which is what keeps travel time down and utilisation up.
You keep your name, your prices and your staff. We send you home-service bookings in your area when our own therapists are fully booked, which on weekends and weekday evenings is most of the time. There is no fee for being listed and no exclusivity in either direction.
